Since its foundation in 1976, YOOCHANG METAL INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd has been manufacturing Gold/Silver/Palladium compounds, precious metal alloys, precious metal products, silver brazing materials, and electrical contacts, which use precious metals as raw materials. We also produce thin film materials such as high-purity gold/silver sputtering targets and non-ferrous metal sputtering targets used in semiconductor and optical fields based on the production technology of precious metals and non-ferrous alloys accumulated over 40 years and supply them to related businesses.

Our company developed Class 1 Grade OFHC(Oxygen-Free High Thermal Conductivity Copper) with our own technology, a material for manufacturing FCCL (Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) that is the raw material of FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board), which has been relied only on imports from overseas so far. In addition, as the thin film material industry has advanced, we have developed thin film materials that are used in new processes such as Rotary type sputtering targets and AMAT Endura type sputtering targets, and through this, we have solidified our position as a company that produces parts materials for semiconductor, information communication and digital high-tech industries.
